Deluxe Pork Chop Suey

  1. Marinate strips of pork and onion in soya sauce for 20 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  2. Heat oil until it begins to smoke in a wok or skillet.
  3. Add pork and onion and stir-fry until pork is browned. Cover and cook 3 more minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Uncover and add bean sprouts and celery. Stir and cook 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and stir-fry thoroughly.
  5. Cover and cook 3 more minutes.
  6. Uncover and add cornstarch solution, stirring thoroughly, before adding to the wok.
  7. Shut heat off and stir all food together. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6.
