Doves In Cornbread Stuffing

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Over medium heat, cook and stir celery, onions, and parsley in butter until tender.
  4. Add stuffing mix and remaining ingredients (except dove breast).
  5. Mix until moist.
  6. Place half of mixture in the bottom of casserole dish.
  7. Arrange breasts on top.
  8. Cover breasts completely with remaining stuffing mixture.
  9. Bake uncovered until tender.
  10. About 1 hour.
