Reduced Calorie But Delicious Sweet Potato Casserole Low Fat

  1. Mash the sweet potatoes with ricer and stir in remaining casserole ingredients until well blended.
  2. Spread into a lightly greased 8-inch square dish.
  3. For the topping, mix the brown sugar, flour and pecans together. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture while stirring to combine. Sprinkle over casserole.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0F for 35 minutes.
  5. Can be served immediately, but we have found we like it better if it sets 10-20 minutes first.
