Beef Stroganoff

  1. Slice steak

  3. 1-inch strips, 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in
  5. fryer.
  6. Add
  7. steak, cover and cook over very low flame approximately
  8. 30
  9. minutes.
  10. Add
  11. more
  12. olive
  13. oil,
  14. if needed, to keep
  15. fryer
  16. from
  17. drying out.
  18. Put steak and mushrooms in casserole.tdd
  19. butter
  20. and
  21. flour to juices left in fryer, stirring to prevent lumps.tdd sour cream and continue stirring, while over low flame, until mixed well.
  22. Add this to meat in casserole.tlace
  23. insert in 3-quart unit over boiling water and cook
  24. for
  25. 30
  26. minutes.
  27. Serve
  28. on toast, regular or English muffins or rice.
