Classic No-Bean Chili

  1. In soup kettle or dutch oven, saute onions, pepper, and celery in oil until tender, about five minutes.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, drain.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours, stir occasionally.
  6. Add kidney beans if desired.
  7. Add any additional veggies you have on hand.
