Chicken And Dressing Casserole

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Mix well with butter. Spread 3/4 mixture in a greased Pyrex casserole dish.
  3. Lay chicken pieces on top (can use chicken breast).
  4. Add drained mushrooms.
  5. Mix together remaining vegetables, lemon juice, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of chicken stock. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Pour remaining chicken stock over top. Bake 45 minutes in 350u0b0 oven.
