Zucchini Chocolate Cake
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- flour (enough for cake-like)
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- nuts, optional
- Cream together oleo, oil and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
- Mix well.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Beat well.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Turn into greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
- No frosting needed, but can frost or serve with Cool Whip.
