Lasagne

  1. Brown meat, remove and drain.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons oil.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, sugar and meat.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Combine eggs, spinach, Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Layers: lasagne noodles, cheese mixture, meat mixture and Mozzarella.
  7. Top with Mozzarella.
  8. Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
