Scallop And Fish Newburg

  1. Brown bread cubes in 1/4 cup butter; set aside.
  2. Make white sauce; mix together 1/4 cup butter, flour, milk and water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Season with bouillon cube, salt, pepper and onion.
  5. Arrange fish pieces and scallops in sea shells.
  6. Pour white sauce over fish pieces and scallops.
  7. Decorate each serving with olives and bread cubes.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  9. Serves 4.
