Green Bean And Corn Casserole
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 1 stick margarine.
- Add corn, beans, soups, sour cream and cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt 4 teaspoons margarine in medium skillet.
- Add crackers and stir until slightly brown.
- Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350u0b0 until brown (30 to 40 minutes).
