Cinnabon Rolls
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- milk, room temperature (for pudding)
- 1 1/2 c. butter or margarine, separated
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- about 6 c. flour
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- In a bowl, combine water, yeast and sugar.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, prepare pudding mix according to pkg. directions, using room temperature milk.
- Add 1/2 c. melted butter, eggs and salt.
- Mix well.
- Combine with yeast mixture, mixing well.
- Gradually add flour, kneading as you would any yeast dough.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until about doubled.
- Punch down and let rise again.
