Low Fat Turkey Quesadillas

  1. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm at 350u0b0.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turkey and brown, then all the seasonings, jalapeno and tomato sauce.
  4. Heat through at 450u0b0.
  5. Place tortilla on cookie sheet.
  6. Top with turkey and cheese.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with salsa.
