Country Chicken And Sausage

  1. In large open roasting pan, mix potatoes, sausage and oil. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut each chicken breast in half. Separate onion into pieces.
  3. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, water, salt and oregano, tossing until mixed.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Separate beans under running water; drain.
  6. Sprinkle beans over chicken mixture.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until chicken and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. (Serves 6.)
