Chicken Dumplings And Egg Noodles

  1. in a medium saucepan bring broth to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
  2. in a medium bowl combine chicken, egg, crumbs, nutmeg, paprika, parsley, slat and pepper.
  3. roll chicken mixture into 1" dumplings.
  4. add to broth 8 at a time.
  5. cook dumplings 3-4 minutes without stirring.
  6. add noodles, peppers, scallions and stir.
  7. cook till noodles are tender.
  8. stir in dill.
  9. season with salt and pepper and serve.
