Scalloped Broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 c. wide egg noodles
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Saute onions with butter until tender.
- In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole mix in onions.
- Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms.
- Combine crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
- Bake covered for 15 minutes, then take cover off.
- Bake 20 minutes more.
