Turkey Swedish Meatballs

  1. Combine onion, garlic and water in casserole.
  2. Microwave, covered, on High for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, until onion is tender.
  3. Add turkey, crumbs, egg, milk and pepper.
  4. Blend well. Roll into 1-inch balls, place in casserole, cover with waxed paper, then cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from casserole.
  6. Add margarine to casserole, melt on High for 30 to 60 seconds.
  7. Blend flour and mace with butter.
  8. Gradually stir in milk.
  9. Cook on High for 3 to 5 minutes, until thickened.
  10. Stir occasionally.
  11. Add wine and meat balls, stir, then cook on High 2 to 4 minutes.
  12. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
