Whole Wheat Biscuits

  1. Cut
  2. margarine into flour, baking powder and salt until margarine is
  3. in mostly pea-sized pieces.
  4. Make well in center and add eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
  5. Beat eggs and milk with a fork until smooth.
  6. Then
  7. continue
  8. stirring
  9. with fork, gradually incorporating flour mixture until moistened.
  10. Add more milk if necessary.
  11. Knead
  12. dough
  13. just
  14. enough
  15. to
  16. bring it together. Roll out
  17. dough
  18. on
  19. floured
  20. board to 1/2-inch thick. Fold in thirds.
  21. Repeat
  22. rolling
  23. and folding.
  24. Roll again to 1/2-inch and cut in rounds.
  25. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 500u0b0 for 10 minutes.
