Fruit Pizza

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough; add 1 cup currants, rinsed and drained, and work into dough.
  2. Roll out on a floured board; cut into 2 1/2 or 3 inch circles.
  3. Fry on lightly greased electric frypan or griddle at 350u0b0.
  4. Fry until cookies puff up and look shiny, then turn over and cook until finished.
