Golden Chicken Lasagna
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Arrange 1/2 of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
- Mix cottage cheese and egg together.
- Add mushrooms to this mixture.
- Spread this mixture over the noodles.
- Top with chicken. Mix soup, milk and basil together.
- Spread 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle half of the two cheeses on this. Repeat noodles, sauce and cheeses.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
