  1. Puree basil, garlic and nuts in food processor.
  2. Add olive oil while pureeing.
  3. Add Parmesan and process briefly.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Makes enough for 2 pounds of pasta.
  6. Freezes well.
