Make Ahead Cheeseburger Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. instant onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar and American cheese blend, shredded (2 cups)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 1 c. lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- dill pickle slices
- Spray 9X13 inch glass baking dish.
- Cook ground beef and onion until done.
- Add tomato sauce, water, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and cook 5 minutes.
- Combine Ricotta cheese, 2 cups of cheddar and American blend and egg.
- Mix well.
