Grandma'S Homemade Vegetarian Choplets

  1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and stir for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Knead until smooth and shape into two or three long rolls.
  3. Let the dough stand for about 2-4 hours or overnight in the freezer.
  4. Cut like a steak 20-30 pieces and drop into boiling broth simmer for 1 hour.
