Taco Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. taco sauce
- 2 to 4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. coarsely broken tortilla chips
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sliced chopped green onions
- 1 large chopped tomato
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain.
- Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
- Heat to boiling.
- Place chips in 2-quart casserole baking dish.
- Top with beef mixture.
- Spread on sour cream.
- Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.
- Cook, uncovered, at 350u0b0 until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve on chips or lettuce.
