Ziti Bake
- 1 pkg. ziti (16 oz.)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (15 oz.) jars sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, grated
- extra sauce
- In 8-quart Dutch oven, prepare ziti according to directions. Drain; set aside.
- In same Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove Dutch oven from heat.
- Stir in Ricotta and next 5 ingredients and half of sauce until well mixed.
- Add ziti and toss gently to coat well.
- Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over ziti and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with extra sauce if desired.
