Beef Jerky

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Layer beef in a large bowl with each layer 90 degrees from the previous and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over seasoned beef mixture.
  4. Cove and refrigerate overnight to 4 days.
  5. Remove from marinade and place in dehydrator and sprinkle with more of the seasoning mix. Run till dehydrated chewy and delectable.
  6. If you don't have a dehydrator or smoker place on wire racks and put in your oven at 150u0b0F till done.
