Spicy Chili Beer Bread
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- Place ingredients into bread maker according to manufacturers directions.
- Select dough setting.
- Take the dough out and shape it into a ball shape, stretch the sides under until the top is taut and it is in the desired shape.
- Slash the top and cover with an oiled plastic wrap or a damp kitchen towel Let rise until doubled in size.
- Bake in a oven preheated to 355 for 30 minutes.
