Italian Sausage Vegetable Soup

  1. In large stock pot, cook Italian sausage.
  2. Remove from pot, and toss in all chopped veggies. Saute for a few minutes.
  3. Chop Italian sausage into bite size pieces and return to pot.
  4. Add chicken broth and remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until veggies are tender.
