Peanut Butter Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (325u0b0 for glass pan).
  2. In medium saucepan, melt butterscotch and peanut butter bits and margarine. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
  3. Press 1/2 the mixture firmly in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Beat in the condensed milk, vanilla and egg; mix well.
  6. Pour onto crust; top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool at room temperature.
  8. Chill before cutting into bars.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
