River Pantry Chicken Booyah, Wisconsin Style

  1. Brown all meats.
  2. Add: all vegetables and liquids into pot.
  3. Build a fire under 40 quart stock pot. (Or use 3 each 3 gallon Nescos).
  4. Bring pot to a boil uncovered.
  5. Add spices and anything left or brought in to add to pot.
  6. Low simmer for 3 hours.
  7. Stir often and add water to cover everything.
  8. Serve with oyster crackers.
