Ground Beef Casserole
- 1 lb. ground round beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 6 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown ground beef in vegetable oil until red disappears.
- Add onion, tomatoes, steak sauce, peppers, catsup and parsley. Stir and simmer 30 minutes. Cook macaroni separately and drain.
- Add to mixture.
- Mix well.
- Put in a large greased baking dish, folding in soup.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
