Microwave Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain; add tomato sauce, water, Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic.
- Spread one-third meat mixture in bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish; arrange 1/3 of the noodles on top.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of the two cheeses.
- Repeat layers once.
- Cover with remaining noodles.
- Top with remaining meat and cheese.
- Put in microwave on High for 5 minutes.
- Rotate dish; microwave for 30 or 35 minutes longer, or until noodles are tender.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
