Pumpkin Cheese Bread

  1. Combine sugar, cream cheese and margarine, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Blend in pumpkin.
  4. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  5. Fold in nuts.
  6. Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
