Tacos
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 6 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- shredded sharp yellow or white cheese
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomato paste
- lettuce
- onion
- tomato
- tomato paste
- green pepper
- taco shells (either frozen or boxed)
- Brown meat, onion, green pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, cumin, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.
- After browned, add sauce and paste.
- Cook for 8 hours.
- "The longer to cook, the better to taste."
- In separate bowls dice up lettuce, onion, tomato, green pepper and cheese.
