Carol'S Favorite Spiced Pork Chops

  1. Wash pork and vegetables first.
  2. Cook pork chops in pan on medium heat until nicely brown on both sides.
  3. Gently place pork in ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
  4. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange onion rings, squash rings and neatly sliced apple rings on pork chops.
  6. Place potatoes around sides of dish.
