  2. cook overnight on low.
  3. Remove sprigs of herbs
  4. Next morningpuree all in a food processor.
  5. Use fresh or store in the fridge up to 1 week, or can it according to your canner's instructions for tomato products.
  6. I freeze this sauce in 1 qt freezer bags.
