Strawberry Pie

• 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
• 1 qt. unsweetened strawberries
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. water
• 1/8 c. (2 Tbsp.) cornstarch
• dash of salt
• red food coloring
• 1/2 pkg. (1/4 c.) strawberry Jell-O

17. Pour cooled sauce over strawberries and refrigerate
18. at least 4 to 6 hours.
