Pasta Shrimp Mold

  1. Cook pasta per package directions; drain well.
  2. Cool. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl.
  3. Combine celery, onion, shrimp and cooled pasta in large bowl.
  4. Heat tomato soup until steaming; do not boil.
  5. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour over shrimp mixture in bowl; blend well.
  7. Add gelatin and water; blend throughly.
  8. Pour into oiled 6 cup mold; chill at least 4 hours.
  9. Unmold onto serving plate; slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
  10. Serves 12 to 14.
