Creole-Style Soup

  1. Cut stew meat small; cook in tap water with tenderizer for about 1 hour or until tender.
  2. Add sausage, beef broth, tomato sauce, chopped onions, tomato juice and red beans.
  3. Add seasoning and red pepper to taste.
  4. Continue to cook while adding ingredients.
  5. Add Minute rice slowly to reach desired thickness.
