Goulash
- 1 can seasoned whole kernel corn
- 1 can French-style beans
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean; sprinkle with meat tenderizer)
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. salt (meat)
- 1 (8 oz.) bag shell noodles
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. tomato ketchup
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- Brown meat with onion and garlic. While browning, put noodles on in plenty of water with 1 tablespoon Wesson oil and 1 tablespoon salt. Drain noodles and drain meat. Combine all ingredients and put in large casserole. Before baking, sprinkle 1/2 cup evaporated milk and grated cheese over top. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes.
