Hawaiian Haystacks
- chicken pieces
- 3 cans chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- 1 or 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. pineapple chunks
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 c. grated coconut
- Cook skinless chicken pieces and debone.
- Place 3 cans cream of chicken soup and water in pot (or crock-pot).
- Add cooked chicken and simmer until heated through, stir occasionally.
- Prepare all other ingredients as listed.
- To serve, stack the ingredients one on top of each other in order:
- rice, Chinese noodles, chicken gravy.
- Stack remaining ingredients as desired.
