Mom'S Chicken And Broccoli Casserole
- 1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
- 2 pkg. broccoli, cooked
- slivered almonds
- Remove skin and bones from chicken.
- Combine soup, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and water chestnuts in mixing bowl.
- Place a layer of chicken, broccoli and half of the soup mixture in a large casserole.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve over rice.
- Yields 12 servings.
