- Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust
- 3 cups roasted spaghetti squash
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Possible Toppings
- tomato sauce (optional)
- mozzarella cheese (optional)
- pepperoni (optional)
- basil (optional)
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.
- Squeeze liquid from the spaghetti squash and add to a bowl. Add remaining spaghetti squash pizza crust ingredients and mix with a fork until combined.
- Dump the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Dampen hands to prevent sticking and shape into a 9" circle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Transfer the crust on the parchment to the pizza stone and bake 15-20 minutes until browned around edges.
- To make your favorite pizza, we've provided some ideas, top crust with sauce and desired toppings and bake for 5-7 minutes.
