Grandma'S Corn Relish

  1. Combine vegetables (corn, cabbage, onions, green peppers, celery, red peppers) in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over vegetables.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  7. Adjust caps.
  8. Process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  9. Let stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
  10. Yields 14 (12 oz.) jars.
