Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, crumbled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash browns (loose pack), thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- In skillet, cook sausage until brown.
- Drain.
- Set aside. Arrange separated crescent rolls on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.
- Press over and pick up sides to form crust.
- Spoon sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle on potatoes.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Pour over filling.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
