Tuna-Cheese Casserole

  1. Slice onion.
  2. Separate into rings and saute.
  3. Spread one side of bread with butter.
  4. Beat eggs slightly.
  5. Add milk, Worcestershire sauce and salt; blend.
  6. Place 4 slices bread in single layer in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Trim if necessary.
  8. Top with layers of 1/2 onion rings, melted butter, tuna and cheese.
  9. Repeat to make 2 more layers.
  10. Pour egg mix over top with Parmesan and paprika.
  11. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
  12. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until golden.
