Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
- Chill for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F Shape cookies into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet, bake for about 8 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheets to wire rack. Cool and serve! Or heat warm!
