Chicken And Broccoli

  1. Melt butter in skillet; saute onion until transparent.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, curry powder and pepper.
  4. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
  5. Add water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Gradually stir into flour mixture in skillet.
  6. Blend in milk until smooth.
  7. Add mushrooms.
  8. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
  9. Arrange broccoli and chicken on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  10. Pour sauce over.
  11. Top with cheese.
  12. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  13. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
