Cinnamon Chocolate Cake

  1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir in marshmallows.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, bring the cocoa, cola, oil and butter to a boil.
  5. Pour over flour mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Stir in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
  8. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  10. Do not overbake.
  11. Cool.
  12. Frosting:.
  13. In a large saucepan, bring the cocoa, cola and butter to a boil.
  14. Remove from the heat.
  15. Stir in powdered sugar and 3/4 cup pecans until blended.
  16. Spread over cake.
  17. sprinkle with remaining pecans.
  18. Cool until frosting is set before cutting.
