Meat And Tater Pie

• 2 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed to make 1 c.
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 c. chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
• paprika
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. mashed potatoes
• 1 Tbsp. mustard
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
• 1 lb. ground beef

1. Combine 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, mustard and milk in large mixing bowl. Beat well.
2. Add ground beef.
3. Mix until combined.
4. Gently press mixture evenly in bottom and around sides of 9-inch pie pan.
5. Beat eggs slightly in small mixing bowl. Add potatoes, onion and parsley flakes.
6. Stir until combined. Spread potato mixture evenly in meat shell.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
8. While pie is baking, combine remaining crushed cereal with melted margarine.
9. Set aside. Remove pie from oven.
10. Sprinkle cheese evenly
11. over potato mixture.
12. Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
13. Sprinkle with paprika.
