Gourmet Chili

  1. In large kettle over medium heat, cook beef until crumbly. Add onion and pepper; saute until tender.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, water, tomato paste, chili powder, salt, coriander, thyme, oregano, wine vinegar, chocolate and garlic.
  3. Simmer 2 hours or until thickened.
  4. Add beans; cook 15 minutes longer.
